Your gown.
Get your gown cleaned & pressed as soon as possible. Look into different storage options and decide which is the best for your situation.
Preserve your bouquet.
If you want to preserve your wedding bouquet, you can do it yourself! Hang it upside down in a dry area until they are dried out. If you want to do something special, there are a ton of ideas that professionals can help you out with!
Write thank you cards.
Stock up on nice thank you notes, envelopes, pens, and stamps. Begin writing thank you notes for any gifts received at the wedding. Check with the stores where you registered. Some stores will give you a discount on any items not purchased from your registry!
Change your name.
Prepare for a long wait at the Secretary of State or DMV (whatever it’s called where you are!). Research what documents you will need before you arrive so you have everything on the first visit.
Photos & Videos.
Meet with your photographer & videographer to relive your wedding memories! Check with those individual professionals to see their timeline for editing and presenting those items.
