We’ll build a mood board, create a custom task list and budget, nail down venue and vendors, and prepare a minute-by-minute timeline that details all aspects of your event.
Here’s where our team takes over and attends to all of the details before and during your event.
This includes confirming everything with vendors, walking through all of the details for the event itself, managing arrivals and deliveries, and being available to handle all questions and issues that arise.

When we first hired her in September 2019, she was immediately approachable, fun, and VERY organized. Little did we know that a global pandemic would hit and derail all of our beautiful plans.
Christa completely took it in stride, and planned 4 versions of our wedding for us—all of which were so beautiful and unique and completely us.
She has truly gotten us through this pandemic, and I know we wouldn’t have had the gorgeous ceremony we did without her. She was such a calming presence throughout the whole process, and became a friend along the way.
She provided our wedding party and vendors with very detailed minute-by-minute instructions so that we were completely compliant with COVID protocols, and we could just relax and enjoy our day.
She coordinated all of our vendors and reviewed the contracts for us to ensure we wouldn’t lose a ton of money if we had to postpone.
